This agreement will be irrevocable for a period of 12 months after the signing (the ”first year”), during which we will attempt to terminate the first versions of the project, market it to customers and make a profit. In the meantime, we will consider whether the project is useful to both of us. Collaborative partnerships are agreements and measures that are put in place by organizations that consent to the pooling of resources in order to achieve a common goal. Collaborative partnerships depend on the participation of at least two parties who agree to share resources such as finance, knowledge and people. Organizations in a collaborative partnership have common goals. The essence of cooperation is that all parties benefit from cooperation. By signing below, the persons listed confirm that they are fully entitled to represent the parties to this agreement and herethly conclude the cooperation agreement between projects. Collaborative efforts can be as simple as agreeing on collaboration to complete and produce a song or publish a book. It can also be as revolutionary as the innovative new technologies that have contributed in one way or another to the creation of a new generation. Industry giants such as Apple, Hewlett-Packard and Procter and Gamble are perfect examples of successful and long-standing collaborations. Although the company`s success is mainly attributed to the charisma and skills of Steve Jobs and his partnership has been broken over the years, the innovations resulting from their partnership have finally changed the course of the market.

Other services, such as banks and government agencies, have also made their online presence visible and accessible. Education cooperation is an ongoing participation between schools and businesses/industry, trade unions, governments and local organisations. Cooperation in education is agreed between two or more parties to work together on projects and activities that improve the quality of student education  while improving skills that are critical to success in the workplace. For these situations, I developed a simple contract called Project Collaboration Agreement. It is not a bulletproof or a legal one, but it is legally binding. It sets reasonable conditions for an informal partnership, admittedly, on more than one handshake base. As you will see, when you read it, the terms of development are included in something more than a secondary project. Marginal stakeholders can be an incredible asset to collaborative networks. Networks and partnerships can be the main means of involving, directly or indirectly, several stakeholders in the objectives, decisions and results of a cooperative enterprise. Network development, partnership and cooperation have been proposed to enable organizations to understand and respond to complex problems in a new way (Cummings 1984).

In this sense, marginal stakeholders can be their worst enemy. Second, marginal stakeholders need outside support. Because of their size and capacity, many marginal stakeholders have limited resources to engage in cooperation. Marginal interest groups need coaching and development to be effective members of a reference organization.  Collaboration can be as simple as nods and handshakes. This goes beyond these physical gestures. There should be a written document containing the details of the agreement, in particular the essential details of the settlements and conditions to be respected.
